Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $68,900.00–$118,050.00 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes for professional tax preparation capabilities.
• Manage product development, enhancement, lifecycle planning, migrations, and customer adoption strategies.
• Partner with Scrum teams on Agile product and sprint planning, backlogs, user stories, and prioritization.
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer programs to validate product-market fit.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support on product delivery, launches, positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Monitor adoption, satisfaction, retention, migration, and usage metrics while assessing regulatory and industry changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related software product role.
• Experience gathering customer feedback, analyzing business needs, and translating insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage product backlogs, define user stories, prioritize competing needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, with the ability to apply AI across product discovery, experimentation, planning, and execution.
