What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a transformation team responsible for strategy, execution, and enterprise adoption.
- Drive the transition from initiative-based technology delivery to a scalable product operating model.
- Lead AI strategy across AI fluency, governance, reusable AI platforms, agent capabilities, and implementation enablement.
- Establish standards for product ownership, funding, staffing, intake, prioritization, roadmaps, governance, and performance management.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders.
- Define value realization measures covering speed to market, delivery efficiency, AI adoption, product performance, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, product management, technology, or a related area.
- At least 3 years of team management experience; typically seeking 5 years.
- Experience leading large-scale transformations through senior-leader communication and alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience with product management, agile delivery, roadmap planning, lifecycle management, and outcome-based prioritization.
- Experience delivering in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
- Experience with large-scale product operating model transformations in technology organizations.
- Experience translating AI capabilities into business strategies, adoption models, and measurable value.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and O365.
