Sr AI & Product Transformation Manager

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office workplace type

Salary: $125,000–$255,000 USD annual base compensation, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a transformation team responsible for strategy, execution, and enterprise adoption.
• Lead product transformation for assigned products, establishing ownership, funding, staffing, intake, prioritization, roadmaps, governance, and performance standards.
• Develop AI strategy covering AI fluency, GenAI, agent usage, model training, inference optimization, MCPs, controls, governance, platforms, and enablement.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders to drive governed transformation.
• Define and track value realization through speed to market, delivery efficiency, product performance, AI adoption, and business outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders on product maturity, operating model effectiveness, AI enablement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, product management, technology, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of team management experience; 5 years is typically preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, communicating with senior leaders, defining product direction, and aligning complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience with product management, agile delivery, roadmap planning, lifecycle management, and outcome-based prioritization.
• Experience delivering in financial services or other highly regulated industries, including governance, risk, and compliance considerations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
• Experience with large-scale product operating model transformations in Technology organizations.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into business strategies, adoption models, and measurable value.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and O365.
