Product Owner I

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office in Pittsfield, Massachusetts; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Holmdel, New Jersey; and New York City, New York are also under consideration. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $79,310–$130,295 annually, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and manage the product backlog in alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product documentation, including feature requirements, meeting notes, and backlog items.
• Monitor product development progress and help ensure features are sprint-ready and delivered on schedule.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support customer-focused product outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Experience developing and managing product backlogs and refining business and technical requirements.
• Strong written documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Agile ceremonies, root cause analysis, and requirements management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience with Agile planning and product management tools.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management principles.
• Experience identifying process improvements and driving team efficiencies.
