Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional

Location: Onsite at a Health Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, plus Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM.

What you will do

• Provide strengths-based psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
• Assess and diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues using patient records and clinical assessments.
• Apply evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS.
• Support patients with stress, substance abuse, family, relationship, grief, and loss-related concerns while setting treatment goals and action plans.
• Manage crisis situations, identify and treat suicidal behaviors, and complete abuse reporting as required.
• Participate in consultation, case management, care coordination, referrals, and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Active mental health clinician licensure meeting applicable state requirements is required; accepted examples include LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, and LCPC. LMSW is not accepted across states.
• For New York positions, accepted licenses include LCSW, LMHC-D, and LMFT-D.
• At least four years of experience in behavioral health or a related field, including counseling for depression, mood disorders, alcoholism, drug dependency, family and marital issues, grief, and loss.
• Experience with crisis management, abuse reporting, cultural competence, suicide prevention and treatment, patient referrals, and available referral resources.
• CAMS certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
