IOP Counselor - LMSW, LADAC II

What you will do

• Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria and review assessments for program eligibility.
• Provide evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, and transitional counseling.
• Deliver Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT curriculum for at least 3 hours per day, 4 days per week.
• Develop assessments, treatment plans, and compliant clinical documentation for regulatory, billing, and authorization requirements.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, case managers, billing, RCM, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Support outreach, program visibility, patient engagement, and tailored interventions.

Requirements

• Hold an LPC, LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMSW license.
• If not fully licensed, be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal licensure program at hire.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, and social services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, judgment, discretion, and crisis response abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
