Workplace Mental Health Consultant (Full-Time)

Location: Onsite at the customer location in Orlando, Florida, Monday through Friday; schedule includes three days from 9am–5pm ET and two days from 8am–4pm ET. Individual therapy may also be provided virtually.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Provide individual psychotherapy onsite and virtually, along with assessment, referral, and follow-up support.
• Advise managers, HR teams, supervisors, and program managers on employee wellbeing and workplace issues.
• Deliver company-tailored trainings and benefit promotion events.
• Assess and manage member and organizational crises through in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
• Track workplace wellbeing data, identify insights, recommend targeted interventions, and coordinate delivery with customer contacts.
• Complete management referral intakes, documentation, internal training, clinical meetings, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Florida license to practice psychotherapy, such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC; licensed supervision is not accepted.
• At least three years of post-graduate experience, including at least one year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Training and experience in management consultation, training presentations, evidence-based care, and short-term solution-focused therapy.
• Experience with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients, plus timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Technology comfort, telehealth competence, independent work capability, and commitment to diversity and inclusion; personal device and home Wi-Fi required for 2FA.
