What you will do

• Serve as an ambassador for the Intensive Outpatient Program and support program operations and growth.
• Conduct admissions and eligibility reviews using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria.
• Meet prospective patients, explain program requirements, and use motivational strategies to encourage engagement.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, and supportive individual sessions.
• Facilitate Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT curriculum for at least 3 hours per day, 4 days per week.
• Prepare assessments, treatment plans, attendance updates, and other compliant clinical documentation while coordinating with care teams, billing, and referral partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Must hold LPC-MHSP, LPCC, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
• Candidates who are not fully licensed must be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal licensure program at the date of hire.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, social services, and rehabilitation support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, judgment, and crisis-response skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters, multiple tasks, stressful situations, and a medical-office environment.
