Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate advanced planning for SPY-6 Radar installation and modernization projects.
  • Plan work for port engineers, installation coordinators, team leads, and in-service engineering personnel.
  • Set short-term priorities and prepare schedules for maintenance and modernization work.
  • Review work packages and technical documents to identify weapon and combat-system integration requirements.
  • Support certification testing and ensure test events meet technical and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and present plans, recommendations, reports, studies, and other technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Active US DoD SECRET clearance required.
  • At least 10 years of experience providing logistic support for naval shipboard systems.
  • Knowledge of ship maintenance and modernization planning, execution, and US Navy policies, processes, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operational processes related to radar-system life-cycle sustainment.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

  • Radar and weapon-system experience.
  • Experience planning and supporting shipboard test and evaluation events.
  • Experience using test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to review electronic and mechanical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience with electronics engineering practices and weapon-system integration.
