What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-volume recruiters across multiple business lines.
• Set performance expectations, manage requisition loads, and drive accountability through metrics and reviews.
• Build scalable recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and allocate recruiting resources.
• Ensure consistent full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including responsibility for high-volume hiring.
• 2–3+ years leading talent acquisition strategy and teams.
• Strong expertise in retail recruiting and understanding of retail talent needs and trends.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven performance management.
• Experience building structured, scalable recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong coaching, prioritization, resource allocation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
