Director, Talent Acquisition-Technology

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; Home Office

Salary: $143,000–$286,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and coach Talent Ambassadors and recruiting teams on sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
• Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
• Manage complex hiring negotiations and stakeholder relationships across business units.
• Drive innovation in digital recruiting through experimentation and advanced tools.
• Oversee large-scale agile projects that improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition and strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using analytics and market intelligence for sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and complex project management.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related area with 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience; 3 years of supervisory or cross-functional leadership experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Experience with data visualization platforms.
