Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Career Recruiting)

Location: CGC - HQ - Carlsbad, United States; hybrid work environment. Occasional local and US travel is required for university, community partner, event, and alternate job-site activities.

Salary: $66,200–$99,200 USD annual, with a listed midpoint of $82,700.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for internships, entry-level roles, and seasonal high-volume Performance Fitter hiring across multiple brands.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent profiles, meet hiring demand, and deliver diverse candidate slates.
• Plan and execute cross-brand intern programs, including programming, events, experiences, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and community partners, and represent the brands at career fairs and networking events.
• Track recruiting pipelines in Workday and create recruiting metrics and reports covering time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Optimize hiring workflows, assessment processes, employer branding initiatives, and internal mobility programs.

Requirements

• 3 years of related recruiting or HR experience, with early career, campus, or high-volume hiring exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, collaboration, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
• Ability to balance program management with recruiting execution and take ownership of projects from planning through delivery.
• Passion for early career development and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Carlsbad and travel locally and within the United States when required.
