Construction Project Engineer

Location: On-site in Cherokee, Alabama; relocation assistance is not available

Salary: $99,000–$126,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials.
• Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project leadership.
• Use Bluebeam and related construction tools to review plans and communicate project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, anticipate issues, and align field work with project commitments.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related commercial construction experience.
• Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors in an active jobsite environment.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident status required.
• Ability to work on-site in Cherokee, Alabama required.
