What you will do

• Operate assigned light industrial equipment and oversee machine performance and crew activities.
• Organize crew assignments, lead one machine, and train and develop crew members.
• Monitor production output, quality, print and bundle accuracy, and waste levels.
• Troubleshoot machine problems, perform basic maintenance, and make adjustments to improve quality and performance.
• Maintain safety audits, production metrics, labor records, and other required logs.
• Communicate production issues, personnel concerns, equipment information, and shift updates to supervisors and production leads.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lead a machine crew, prioritize work, and meet production commitments.
• Machine troubleshooting, manufacturing operations, mathematical, production reporting, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, grip, squat, kneel, lift up to 15 lbs., and push or pull up to 40 lbs.
