Senior G&A Recruiter

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $153,000–$172,000 US base salary per year, with potential eligibility for equity participation.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders on search strategy, market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring decisions, and closing.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies, market maps, referral networks, and passive-candidate pipelines.
• Create a high-quality candidate experience for senior and specialized talent.
• Use recruiting metrics, funnel conversion data, and market insights to diagnose search health and refine strategy.
• Improve intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing, debriefs, offer execution, and broader G&A recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of senior G&A searches in high-growth, US-headquartered technology companies.
• Demonstrated success hiring senior and specialized talent across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Strong experience with market mapping, talent intelligence, passive-candidate engagement, confidential searches, and senior-level closing.
• Ability to understand complex finance, legal, compliance, people, operations, and business-critical leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Work location must be in the United States.

• Experience recruiting talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, or financial services environments.
• Strong applied AI fluency in recruiting workflows, problem-solving, output quality, and operational leverage.
