VP, Talent Acquisition

Location: New York, New York

Salary: $175,000.00–$210,000.00 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

hirify.global operates an enterprise Talent Acquisition function supporting full-time, temporary, executive, early-career and specialized hiring.

What you will do

• Set and evolve the enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy, roadmap, governance and operating model.
• Advise executive and HR leaders on workforce needs, talent-market conditions, hiring priorities, role design and capability risks.
• Lead through Directors and other Talent Acquisition leaders, allocating capacity and holding leaders accountable for business and people outcomes.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting performance scorecards, budgets, vendor strategy and enterprise hiring operations.
• Own the recruiting learning, technology, data and innovation agenda, including applicant tracking, sourcing, CRM, analytics, automation and collaboration platforms.
• Evaluate and sponsor responsible adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools, with attention to data quality, fairness, privacy, security, legal risk and human oversight.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience across complex full-time, temporary, executive and specialized hiring environments.
• Significant experience leading Directors, recruiting managers, senior recruiters or other people leaders.
• Experience establishing enterprise or multi-business Talent Acquisition strategies, operating models, governance and performance expectations.
• Experience advising executives and managing competing priorities, financial constraints, client needs and organizational risk.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics, workforce planning, executive search, contingent talent, vendor strategy and talent-market dynamics.
• Experience owning budgets, contracts, recruiting technology and major organizational, process or technology transformations.

• Experience creating function-wide learning, leadership-development or capability-building strategies.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, implementing and governing automation, AI-enabled recruiting solutions and emerging technology.
