Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Richmond, Virginia — hybrid, with required office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $84,400–$127,000 national annual range, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles and serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Clarify hiring needs, priorities, and goals while managing multiple searches and timelines with urgency and accuracy.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, recruitment marketing, and outreach.
• Use recruiting data, talent intelligence, technology, and AI-enabled tools to recommend practical recruiting solutions.
• Develop relationships with search firms, universities, associations, community partners, veteran programs, and talent networks.
• Support internal mobility, succession efforts, employer branding, and a responsive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to manage searches independently and deliver results.
• Strong sourcing, talent intelligence, stakeholder partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with competency-based interviewing, digital interviewing, and pre-hire assessment practices.
• Strong project management, prioritization, adaptability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to learn and apply modern recruiting technologies, including Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot.
• This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Agency, search firm, corporate, international, national, or global recruiting experience.
