Information Security and Data Privacy Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end information security and data privacy program, including governance boards, project reviews, annual action plans, and operating rhythms.
• Manage the RoPA lifecycle, including new reviews, monthly attestations, approvals, and migration.
• Drive data privacy compliance, including DPDP requirements, consent and notice, retention, and data subject requests.
• Plan and run information security and privacy mock audits, close findings, and support audit readiness.
• Maintain the information security and data privacy scorecard, track gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Present progress, risks, and gaps to leadership while partnering with Legal, Purchases, 2LOD, and business-unit stakeholders on TPRM governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management or a related field.
• Strong program or project management experience with governance tracking and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of data privacy compliance, information security controls, audits, and compliance scorecards.
• Proficiency in database management systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Executive-ready communication skills and the ability to present complex compliance data clearly.

Nice to have

• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Friends of Data Management Level 2 or CDMP Practitioner certification.
