What you will do

• Handle day-to-day SAP Security help desk tickets.
• Provision SAP user accounts, including new accounts, changes, and removals.
• Support end users and functional teams with SAP Security issues.
• Coordinate the collection and preparation of security data for auditors.
• Develop work instructions, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience working with SAP ECC Security.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA security and SAP user setup.
• Understanding of role-based access control concepts and policies.
• Basic understanding of audit procedures and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP GRC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant technical education, certification, or work experience may substitute for the degree.
