TL;DR
Manager - Network & Cyber Security (Cloud Security): Leading network and cybersecurity strategy, operations, and IAM across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments with an accent on threat detection, incident response, governance, and secure cloud architecture. Focus on designing resilient security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP, managing major incidents and vulnerabilities, and aligning security posture with HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST requirements.
Location: Pune, India; onsite
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Network & Cyber Security team while driving accountability, learning, and operational excellence.
- Define and execute the enterprise network and cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and service improvement initiatives.
- Oversee threat detection, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, security assessments, risk remediation, and major incident escalations.
- Design and support secure on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Lead security governance, audits, third-party assessments, software security reviews, certification support, and security control validation.
- Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, audit, compliance, and business teams to deliver resilient security capabilities and awareness programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in network security, cybersecurity, or information security, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, traffic analysis, next-generation firewalls, VPNs, Secure Web Gateways, SASE, Zero Trust, and secure remote access.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Check Point, Cisco Security, Cloudflare, Illumio, CrowdStrike, ExtraHop, WAF, DLP, IAM, and PAM/PIM.
- Experience securing on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability management, log analysis, event correlation, third-party risk, and remediation strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline; CISSP, CISM, and relevant vendor certifications are preferred.
