Cyber Review Team Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead a team of cyber review analysts and ensure adherence to security standards and protocols.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, identify security risks, and support risk mitigation.
• Manage data privacy and protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement security measures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.
• Develop SIEM processes, analyze security data, and document protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, information security, data privacy, network security, and vulnerability assessments.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM), data analysis, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle confidential information discreetly.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a similar IT or security role.
• Cybersecurity or related certification.
