What you will do
- Manage and develop the UGG China North retail store management team to deliver revenue, fiscal, and brand objectives.
- Take accountability for area store P&L, stimulate sales growth, improve store operations, and support capital and revenue strategies.
- Coach Store Managers and Sales Associates, monitor underperforming stores, and improve sales and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional work on product assortment, marketing support, store locations, sales forecasts, and strategic targets.
- Develop store management and retail staff, manage succession plans, and reinforce company culture, recognition, and disciplinary processes.
- Improve operational standards, inventory management, store IT processes, omnichannel capabilities, and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience managing retail stores or a regional retail management team.
- Ability to manage store P&L, sales forecasts, sales targets, and profitability improvement.
- Capability to coach Store Managers and Sales Associates and implement staff development plans.
- Knowledge of store operations standards, inventory management, working capital, and retail reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with merchandising, planning, marketing, business development, and HR functions.
- Role based in Shanghai, China.
