What you will do

• Represent the brand as a dedicated ambassador while delivering personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive store revenue by meeting individual and team sales goals through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to manage customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom to ensure high service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a trust-based environment and support brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proficiency with POS systems, iPads, and basic computer tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media selling, live-stream shopping, or video demos.
• Background in luxury retail and data acquisition.
