Global Automation Analyst (Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows, RPA bots, and integrations across business systems.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Analyze processes and document requirements, logic flows, exception handling, and automation knowledge.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain low-code and RPA solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, K2, and DocuSign.
• Monitor production automations for reliability, performance, scalability, security compliance, and return on investment.
• Support continuous improvement through innovation and adoption of emerging automation technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or systems integration.
• Proficiency in one or more automation platforms and experience with logic flows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and scalability.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into automation workflows.
