Business Process Analyst, UiPath Developer - Associate/ Assistant Vice President (UiPath)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule: office work Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Lead process discovery workshops, create Process Definition Documents, and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Assess automation feasibility and ROI, then translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended workflows using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and Orchestrator.
• Integrate automations with ERP, CRM, legacy applications, APIs, and web services.
• Support UAT, resolve defects, maintain existing automations, and produce technical documentation, runbooks, and Solution Design Documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or RPA development.
• Proficiency with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Assistant, and REFramework.
• Knowledge of BPMN, swimlane diagrams, value stream mapping, SQL, Excel automation, API integrations, and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• UiPath RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer certification is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath AI/ML capabilities, including Document Understanding, AI Fabric, and Action Center.
• Exposure to UiPath Process Mining or Celonis.
• Agile and Scrum experience, CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• Experience with AWS, Python, VB.NET, C#, Git, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Microsoft Power Platform.
