Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and prepare detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Build and manage attended and unattended bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and legacy applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or RPA development.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
• Solid understanding of process analysis methodologies such as BPMN and swimlane diagrams.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel automation, and API/web service integrations.
• Must be based in New York, NY for the required hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiAR) or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities in UiPath (Document Understanding, AI Fabric).
• Exposure to process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, Python, VB.NET, or C#.
