Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; office presence required up to 4 days per week

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Support revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash process and improve workflows for lead routing, deal management, renewals, and forecasting.
• Build dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using CRM and analytics data.
• Use SQL to answer business questions and partner with the Data team on data quality, governance, and revenue metric definitions.
• Identify repetitive workflows for automation and build lightweight internal tools using AI coding assistants.
• Advise GTM leaders with data-driven insights and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Customer Success Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and analyses with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and take ownership of projects end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Python or another programming language.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Experience building workflow automations, internal tools, Salesforce administration, or CRM automation.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
