What you will do

• Identify automation opportunities across People & Culture processes and services.
• Gather business requirements, map workflows, and recommend scalable process improvements.
• Configure, test, implement, and optimize workflow automation solutions and digital tools.
• Support automation backlogs, enhancement requests, Agile delivery activities, and multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate on integrations and workflow solutions across ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and support training, communication, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital operations, process improvement, workflow automation, HR technology, or related functions.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into operational or technical solutions.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, automations, or digital solutions in low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Power Platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience supporting Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR service delivery, employee support operations, or enterprise workflow management.
• Process mapping, operational reporting, or dashboard development experience.
• Knowledge of IT service management, HR systems, or digital employee experience platforms.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, or training initiatives.
• Basic coding, HTML, or scripting knowledge and an interest in automation, AI, and employee experience improvement.
