Digital Transformation Specialist, Junior (Power Platform)

Location: Remote role associated with Arlington, Virginia, USA, and Norfolk, Virginia, USA; occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.

Salary: $55,200–$126,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to reduce repetitive operational work.
• Apply product ownership, Agile development, and UX design practices in a low-code and no-code environment.
• Coordinate with change managers and other digital transformation specialists to deploy applications with a shared backend.
• Translate client IT needs and future goals into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation practices.

Requirements

• Associate's degree.
• Ability to support business process analysis and develop software applications.
• Ability to use programming languages, technologies, web development stacks, and low-code or no-code platforms.
• Ability to create solutions collaboratively and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, PowerApps, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or OpenText.
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products.
• Experience working with the Department of Defense.
• Experience developing front-end SharePoint sites.
• Bachelor's degree.
