What you will do

• Lead overall dealership performance, including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive sales volume and profitability across all sales channels.
• Execute company initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to achieve dealership goals.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while building accountability and growth.
• Direct dealership operations and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze business trends and implement performance-improvement strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or in comparable operational leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results.
• Proactive judgment, adaptability, critical thinking, attention to detail, composure, and collaborative communication.
