Cross Functional Store Manager (Automotive Retail)

Location: East Meadow, New York, United States; onsite at 2000 Hempstead Turnpike. Requires rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus occasional travel for meetings, training, and special assignments.

Annual salary: $79,000–$138,300, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and develop 10–15 associates across sales, service, merchandising, and operations.
• Execute strategies to achieve store budgets, performance metrics, and corporate goals.
• Plan daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure associates have the tools and training needed to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze and present business results to the Location General Manager and other stakeholders.
• Provide associate feedback, performance management, and development while fostering strong team behaviors.
• Oversee asset protection, risk management, process improvements, and Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

• Ability to make independent business decisions and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and special assignments.
