Location General Manager - XF (Retail)

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina, United States; on-site at 6030 Market Street. The role requires a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

Annual salary: $82,900–$160,000, with potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead total store operations, including sales processes, associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgets, and cost-control initiatives.
• Improve operational processes by reducing waste and enhancing customer and associate experiences.
• Recruit, train, promote, and develop associates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Set store strategy and goals while motivating and coaching senior management teams.
• Manage the location’s environmental, health and safety program, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and associates across departments.
• Ability to interpret data, maintain records, and use information for reporting and decision-making.
• Ability to make independent critical business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Completion of company-provided training and intermediate PC skills.
