Location General Manager (Automotive)

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, United States; onsite at 1215 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW

Annual salary: $100,800–$194,500, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead total store operations, including associate development, profitability, customer satisfaction, budgets, and sales processes.
• Analyze business trends and reports to identify opportunities and implement process improvements and company initiatives.
• Manage financial performance through P&L oversight, cost control, and protection of company assets.
• Recruit, hire, train, promote, and develop associates through feedback, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish store strategy, direction, and performance goals.
• Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety requirements for the location.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize critical business needs, and make independent business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for working with associates and customers across departments.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, record accuracy, and intermediate PC skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather while maintaining a professional appearance in hirify.global attire.

Nice to have

• Retail management experience.
