Recruiting/Operations Coordinator

Location: Onsite in El Segundo, California, United States. Extended hours and/or weekends may be required. Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually plus equity.

Rangeview is building a foundry system to reindustrialize American manufacturing through software, automation, materials science, and modern financing.

What you will do

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates and coordinate onsite interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate, interview, and requisition data in Greenhouse.
• Track recruiting activity, feedback, next steps, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support job postings, interview plans, scorecards, offers, documentation, sourcing, and recruiting events.
• Improve recruiting workflows and build scalable processes while taking on increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in coordination-heavy work such as operations, logistics, supply chain, recruiting, HR, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, personable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
• Must meet Rangeview's ITAR eligibility requirements. A bachelor's degree is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, recruiting, HR, people operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, reporting, dashboards, SOPs, or process improvement.
• Startup, aerospace, defense, hardware, or other fast-paced technical environment experience.
• Candidate sourcing or LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
