Recruiter, Internal Mobility (Aerospace)

Salary: $65,347–$134,908 USD annually

What you will do

• Own internal candidate relationships from application through transition date.
• Screen internal applicants, run interview loops, and communicate progress to recruiters and People Business Partners.
• Coordinate transition timing among hiring managers, current managers, and employees.
• Maintain internal job postings and candidate documentation.
• Manage contractor requests, vendor engagement, conversions, and handoffs to People Operations.
• Track requisition progress, vendor performance, time to fill, rate adherence, internal fill rate, transition time, and conversion rate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience or experience supporting internal mobility or hiring workflows.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent requisitions and stakeholders.
• Hands-on ATS experience with Greenhouse.
• U.S. person status or eligibility for deemed export licensing is required, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, or qualifying asylee or refugee status.

Nice to have

• Experience with contingent workforces or vendor management.
• Experience in a high-growth hardware, manufacturing, or aerospace environment.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and recruiting reports.
