Corporate Recruiter (HR Tech)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Bethesda, Maryland, United States

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across Client Support, Software Engineering, Product, QA, and other departments.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates, and proactively close qualified applicants.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through market research and ongoing candidate relationship management.
• Manage recruiting workflows in Greenhouse and document recruiting policies and processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders, lead strategic projects, and present data-driven updates to recruiting leadership and executives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in an agency or in-house recruiting role.
• Proven results in high-volume sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders and collaborate across varied openings.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Bethesda, Maryland.
