What you will do

• Schedule phone and onsite interviews and coordinate candidate travel.
• Manage onsite interview logistics and provide tours to candidates.
• Ensure a high-quality and positive experience for all interviewing candidates.
• Assist recruiters with administrative tasks, sourcing, and participating in recruiting events.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team on special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Starbase, TX (remote work is not considered).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and personnel procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
