Warehouse Operator Automation - 12HR PM Shift (Robotics)

Location: Lithia Springs, Georgia, United States; onsite warehouse role. Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, including weekends or additional hours as business needs require.

Salary: $21.25–$30.75 per hour, plus a $1.50 per-hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on automated machines, robots, conveyor systems, palletizing and pallet-wrapping systems, and LGVs.
• Read equipment instructions, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and perform minor repairs to prevent downtime.
• Inspect equipment, HMI displays, LGV activity, and system bottlenecks; report anomalies, malfunctions, and potential breakdowns.
• Schedule and coordinate periodic and preventive maintenance, audits, and pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory-related computer transactions, product rework, and quality-control activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment and train or mentor other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical degree, or relevant certification.
• At least 2 years of robotic programming and troubleshooting experience, plus the ability to operate machinery.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, or inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to become certified on a forklift and scissor lift; experience with industrial fork trucks is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong computer skills, and practical experience with hand tools and machine-shop tools.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English and perform physically demanding warehouse work, including handling products weighing up to 75 lbs.
