SCD Project Manager - Mayo

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. An EU Working Permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

What you will do

• Lead medium- and high-complexity projects end to end, including new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain changes.
• Deliver Mayo innovation, ESG, value engineering, and other projects across Europe.
• Manage relationships with business units, pod leadership, peers, and senior stakeholders to align priorities and secure support.
• Represent Supply Chain in Mayo-related topics and ensure projects are feasible for efficient execution.
• Engage experts in demand forecasting, supply management, engineering, operations, and manufacturing as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and strengthen project management capabilities through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Good business acumen, with expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency and an EU Working Permit are required; the Orientation Year Visa is not included.
