JJT Deployment Manager, Senior Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands; locations considered are Belgium and the Netherlands. The role is located in the proximity of Beerse, Belgium and includes approximately 20% travel.

What you will do

• Lead deployment activities across Mobilization, Solution Confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Coordinate end-to-end release execution across technology teams, design and build functions, ecosystems, and vendors.
• Manage deployment planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, risks, issues, interdependencies, and stage-gate readiness.
• Coordinate testing, data loads, technical and business go-live activities, and hypercare.
• Lead program cadences, reporting, communication content, and continuous improvement of deployment methodologies.
• Engage ecosystem partners, negotiate priorities, and finalize joint delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of SAP experience and 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Project management experience in large business transformation or ERP implementation programs.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with agile methodology, software development lifecycle management, SAP technology, and the SAP S/4 product family.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, influencing, organizational, problem-solving, and change-adaptation skills.

Nice to have

• Applied knowledge of S/4HANA.
• Experience in a global or regional setting.
• Experience managing product backlogs and release plans, tracking team metrics, participating in product ceremonies, and removing blockers.
