Change Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own change management across multiple strategic initiatives, from impact assessment and communication through training, support, and measured adoption.
• Develop and operate a benefits-tracking capability, defining expected value and reporting realization against business cases.
• Validate post-delivery assumptions and use evidence to improve future initiatives, business cases, and change practices.
• Prioritise change efforts when initiatives compete for organisational attention, resources, or timing.
• Manage senior stakeholders, including initiative owners, department leads, and MT-level stakeholders.
• Apply AI in change and benefits management and contribute to the Experimentation Lab and knowledge repository.

Requirements

• HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in change, improvement, or transformation work with measurable results.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is a strong advantage for work with the Netherlands organisation.
• Experience running multiple change tracks in parallel while maintaining quality and detail.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and benefits measurement skills.
• Hands-on AI-first mindset and the ability to demonstrate practical AI usage.
