What you will do

• Manage a variety of internal and external projects to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction within budget and deadlines.
• Lead customer-facing projects, including client onboarding, post-tender implementations, and data migration.
• Coordinate internal projects to improve service delivery processes while ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and lead optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, track, and report project KPIs and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a technology or service-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive approach to implementation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and PRINCE2.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
