Projects & Optimisation Analyst (Dutch speaker)

What you will do

• Manage internal and external projects while controlling budgets, resources, priorities, timelines, and scope.
• Lead customer projects covering client onboarding, post-tender implementations, data migrations, mergers, and divestitures.
• Coordinate service delivery improvement projects and initiate optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, track, and report project KPIs while escalating risks and blockers to maintain delivery.
• Support compliance with ISO9001 quality standards and ISO27001 data security requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a technology- or service-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, deadline-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
