Junior Partner Associate

Location: Amsterdam; hybrid work with possible on-site presence during event launches and other important dates

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of large events from commercial contract signing through final closing.
• Coordinate event organizers and internal departments as the main point of contact.
• Track cross-functional tasks and ensure requirements are delivered on time.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for the user support team.
• Ensure project requirements are properly documented and support event launches on site when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or consulting.
• Degree qualification and experience combining project management with operational work.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments, manage parallel workstreams, and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent while maintaining a solution-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Event experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
• Additional language skills.
