Industrial Project Manager (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead industrial projects across new product introduction, volume ramp-up, entitlement, and safe launch activities.
• Coordinate sourcing, front-end and back-end manufacturing, assembly and test flows, package development, and multisite production transfers.
• Drive manufacturing improvement and innovation projects focused on cost, waste, yield, capacity, and test-stage reduction.
• Manage manufacturing changes, including qualification plans, waivers, 8D investigations, risk assessments, and non-conformances.
• Transfer product and production know-how to manufacturing sites and contribute to product-line roadmaps, industrial strategy, capital expenditure, and location planning.
• Lead multidisciplinary, multicultural, cross-functional, and remote teams across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of semiconductor industry experience in a relevant technical function such as product engineering, test engineering, or diffusion process integration.
• More than 3 years of experience leading industrial or comparable semiconductor projects, including remote multisite teams.
• Demonstrable automotive experience and knowledge of automotive requirements such as ISO/TS 16949 and AEC-Q100.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably electronics, and PMI or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with stakeholder management, BCaM processes, and problem-solving methods including 8D, Six Sigma DMAIC, and 3x5 Why.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required. International travel of approximately 5% is expected.
