(Junior) Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Provide strategic, solution-oriented legal advice to business stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Develop and standardize legal frameworks, contract templates, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Legal Team and cross-functional stakeholders on regional, international, and day-to-day legal matters.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer admitted to the German bar.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, solution-driven, self-driven, and structured working style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidently advise senior stakeholders.
• Professional experience in an international company or law firm is desirable.
