What you will do

• Develop and implement global contract management and administration processes in line with organizational standards.
• Lead the replacement of the existing Contract Management System, including process design, system implementation, migration, and change management.
• Design and implement a global contract lifecycle process covering contract review, approval workflows, and signature authorization.
• Review contracts from legal and commercial perspectives, identify risks, and coordinate follow-up actions with Legal, Compliance, and Product Compliance.
• Improve contract retention, documentation, monitoring, governance, compliance, and risk management structures.
• Provide guidance and training to international business stakeholders on contract management processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business or Commercial Law, Economics with a strong legal focus, or a comparable field.
• Profound professional experience in contract management within an in-house legal department.
• Sound knowledge of contract law and understanding of commercial and business considerations.
• Experience in compliance-related environments, ideally involving antitrust or competition law, governance, or risk management.
• Proven project management experience in process optimization, digital transformation, or system implementation projects.
• Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken.

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Compliance Management systems.
