What you will do

• Align contracts with organizational objectives and help stakeholders understand contractual risks and rewards.
• Coordinate cross-departmental contract assessments and improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Support global sales teams during commercial contract negotiations.
• Draft and evaluate commercial contracts using legal expertise.
• Develop standard contracts and templates to streamline contract processes.
• Lead contract reviews and support audits and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business law, a related field, a state examination in law, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant industry experience are preferred.
• Business-level German and English are required.
• Clear and concise communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Ability to understand internal and external customer needs and develop customer-centric solutions.
