What you will do

• Own and manage the site’s Intellectual Capital process across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, compensation, recognition, and retirement planning.
• Lead hands-on recruiting, selection, onboarding, and orientation activities while reinforcing standardized interview processes.
• Advise managers on compensation, benefits, performance management, training, development, and recognition programs.
• Lead quarterly Intellectual Capital reviews, preparing talent, turnover, workforce, compensation, and benefits metrics for business leadership.
• Conduct investigations into retaliation, discrimination, harassment, information security, and other workplace matters.
• Partner with leadership to execute talent strategies, improve operational efficiency, support Kaizen activities, and strengthen the site work environment.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
• Broad experience in employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Knowledge of employment regulations, including the Age Discrimination Act, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and applicable state laws.
• Experience advising leadership, managing multifaceted projects, and working in a lean, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
• An undergraduate degree is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
