Operations Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Bradenton, Florida, United States, with regular travel to the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, Florida. Ability to travel up to 20% is required.

Pay range: $103,300–$177,700 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR teams supporting two manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with site and operations leadership to implement HR strategies and address workforce needs.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations, policies, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and promote consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, staffing, payroll, benefits, compensation, development, and recruiting.
• Support workforce planning, manager coaching, employee appraisal, and organizational capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to work on site in Bradenton, Florida, and travel regularly to Clearwater, Florida.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Experience leading and developing HR department staff.
• Strong interpersonal, employee coaching, written communication, verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
