What you will do

• Advise and support the business across the EMEA region on legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts and other legal documents.
• Lead negotiations and execute M&A transactions.
• Support the Compliance Team on law-related matters.
• Develop the existing Legal AI landscape and drive its continuous expansion.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer, preferably with both German State Examinations.
• Several years of professional experience in a law firm or international in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial, M&A, and corporate matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international agreements.
• Ability to manage legal projects independently and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
