Corporate Customs Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Conduct and monitor internal customs and export control compliance audits across EagleBurgmann subsidiaries.
• Support global subsidiaries with international trade compliance and foreign trade law matters.
• Advise and train responsible employees on compliant customs and export control processes.
• Review German, European, and U.S. export control legislation and adapt global processes accordingly.
• Support the International Trade Compliance team in daily operations, including adherence to the four-eyes principle.

Requirements

• University degree or completed commercial vocational training focused on customs, export control, or international trade.
• Several years of customs and export control experience in an industrial or manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of the Union Customs Code and German, European, and U.S. re-export control regulations.
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical, compliant operational solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP GTS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent German and English language skills, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
