Manager, Digital Programs

The role supports business growth in the China market across retail, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate functions.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key programs in China.
• Align global initiatives with China-specific business priorities and coordinate with China leadership, global IT, and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation.
• Track program budgets and resources, optimizing project team and vendor support allocation.
• Drive business readiness and adoption through training, communications, and change initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs and provide data-driven reports and insights to senior leadership.

• Strong project and program management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to lead without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and program performance.
